Supply of Office Supplies

Supply of office supplies: successive supply of brand new office materials and computer cleaning accessories, packaged to protect against damage, free from defects, unused, first quality, without deformations, undamaged, and complete. Delivered items must be in original, intact packaging, with manufacturer's security features and product identification marks. A detailed list of requirements is provided in Annex 2 (Excel file) as an assortment and price form. Bidders must specify the trade name/manufacturer/type/model of the offered office material in column 6 of the form. Detailed implementation is specified in Annex 1 (general contract terms).
