Delivery of Office Supplies
Delivery of office supplies and paper (Lot 1) as well as ink and toner (Lot 2) under a framework agreement. The contract period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029, with an option for two extensions of 12 months each, up to a maximum of 31.12.2029. A six-month probationary period allows termination with four weeks' notice to the end of the month. Items are delivered according to demand lists to authorized ordering parties named in Annex 1; demand lists can be extended at any time. There is no claim to a mandatory order volume. Quantities are based on projected annual volumes from the period 01.06.2025 to 31.05.2026. Delivery is "Free point of use" and free domicile within 2 working days after order. Evaluation is 60% based on price and 40% on sustainability. Payment is within 14 days with a minimum 3% discount or within 30 days net.
