Delivery of chemical reagents

Delivery of chemical reagents: successive deliveries based on current needs, with the anticipated assortment and quantities listed in Annex 2 of the tender documents. The reagents must be new and from current production (not older than 12 months before the acceptance date), with a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, unless the manufacturer specifies a shorter validity period. They must be free from physical and legal defects and possess all relevant certificates for distribution in Poland. The scope of services includes delivery, transport, unloading, and placement at the destination. The scope of supply defined in Annex 2 is based on an analysis of deliveries over the last 12 months for several research programs requiring the use of reagents from the same manufacturer. The predictability (quantitative and assortment repeatability) is approximately 40% due to frequent changes in reagents during research. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the quantities and assortment of reagents listed in Annex 2 or to reduce the scope, as the needs are not precisely foreseeable. Other reagents of the same category may also be purchased, provided that the total value of ordered reagents does not exceed the contract value. Pricing for reagents not included in Annex 2 will be based on the current net prices from the contractor's product catalog in PLN on the day of the order, considering the offered discount on catalog net prices. For items not listed in the price form, the contractor must provide a link to the online reagent catalog with current assortment and prices, including login and password if required, and promptly inform the contracting authority via email about any catalog changes and price promotions. For promotional prices (special offers), the promotional price will be decisive if it is more favorable than the catalog price with the declared discount; promotional offers also apply to reagents listed in Annex 2. The contract will be fulfilled according to the contracting authority's current needs for 12 months from the contract date or until the contract value is exhausted, if this occurs before 12 months. Delivery will be in partial shipments based on orders specifying the type and quantity of reagents for each shipment. The maximum delivery period for a partial shipment is 42 days from the order date; for chemical reagents requiring special permits (e.g., narcotics, strategic substances, ozone-depleting substances), the delivery period is a maximum of 28 days from the date the contractor receives the permits. Orders placed within the contract term must be executed even after the contract term expires. Delivery address: Uniwersytet Śląski in Katowice, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice, or other locations specified by the University's Supply Management Department in the order (including other units of the contracting authority in Katowice, Sosnowiec, and Chorzów). The quality guarantee is a minimum of 12 months from the signing of the acceptance protocol, excluding reagents for which the manufacturer has specified a shorter validity period. Payment term: 30 days. Detailed terms of execution and payment are contained in the contract template, Annex 3 of the tender documents. No additional deliveries are foreseen under Article 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Polish Public Procurement Law.
