Successive delivery of chemical reagents for the University of Silesia

Delivery of chemical reagents: successive deliveries of new reagents from current production (not older than 12 months before delivery), with a shelf life of at least 12 months from the acceptance protocol (unless a shorter period is specified by the manufacturer). Reagents must be free of defects and possess all necessary certificates for market approval in Poland. Delivery, transport, unloading, and bringing to the destination are included. The estimated assortment and quantities are detailed in Annex 2 of the tender documents, with predictability at approximately 50%, allowing for adjustments in quantities and assortment. Other reagents of the same category may also be purchased, provided the total value does not exceed the contract value. Pricing for unlisted reagents is based on the contractor's current net catalog prices with an agreed discount. The contractor must provide a link to an online catalog and inform about changes/promotions. The contract duration is 24 months from contract signing or until the contract value is exhausted. Deliveries will be made in batches based on orders. The maximum delivery period is 42 days from the order; for reagents requiring special permits (e.g., narcotics), it is 28 days from the contractor's receipt of permits. The delivery address is the University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice, or other locations specified by the University's Supply Management Department (Katowice, Sosnowiec, Chorzów). The quality warranty is 12 months from the acceptance protocol (unless a shorter period is specified by the manufacturer). Payment term is 30 days.
