Supply of Disinfectants

Supply of disinfectants: The offered medical devices must possess attestations and certificates, be registered, and placed on the market and used in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620 with subsequent amendments). They must comply with applicable norms or technical specifications. If notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products is not required, the contractor is responsible for carrying out all necessary actions to meet legal requirements for market introduction in Poland at their own expense and submitting the relevant documents within the deadlines. Equivalent solutions to those described are permissible. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%) and partial delivery time (20%), further items as per the tender documents.
