Delivery of implantable medical devices
Delivery of implantable medical devices: Offered medical devices must have approvals and certificates, be registered according to legal requirements, comply with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical devices, and meet standards or technical specifications; equivalent solutions are permissible. Goods supplied under the contract must not originate from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for more than 50% of the total contract value, if the contract is subject to an IZM measure. Subcontracting exceeding 50% of the total contract value to entities from the PRC is not permissible. Evaluation criteria are Price (60%), Partial Order Completion Term (10%), Product Delivery Term for Storage (10%), and Quality (20%).
