Supply of electrical energy for the City of Gdańsk

Supply of electrical energy: estimated volume of 97,572.579 MWh for 5,467 consumption points. Billing is based on actual consumption. Distribution services are regulated by separate agreements. The contractor is authorized to register electricity supply contracts with the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) on behalf of the customers. Conditions for delivery commencement include a successful supplier change, a valid distribution network contract for the customer, and the termination of existing contracts. For first-time supplier changes, the contractor is obliged to submit a declaration for an indefinite distribution network contract. For already separated contracts, customers have indefinite distribution network contracts. In case of changes during the contract term, the contractor is authorized to submit a declaration of consent for new distribution network contracts or to conclude them on behalf of the customer. Customers have the right to choose their supplier; the termination of existing contracts is the responsibility of the customer.
