Supply of Electrical Energy and Balancing Group Management for Sofijska voda AD

Supply of active electrical energy for the facilities of Sofijska voda AD: high, medium, and low voltage at freely negotiated prices, in accordance with the Energy Act. This includes the inclusion of all Sofijska voda AD facilities as an indirect member in the supplier's balancing group and the provision of all necessary administrative and other services related to covering imbalances according to hourly schedules. The high voltage facility is the Kubratovo Wastewater Treatment Plant (Prečišvatelna stancija za otpadăčni vodi Kubratovo) with measurement point 32X0011001001408, directly connected to the high voltage transmission network operated by the Electricity System Operator (ESO). The low and medium voltage facilities are described in Appendices 1, 2, and 3. The indicative, estimated quantity for the contract term is, with a working co-generation plant: 3,700 MWh low voltage, 2,000 MWh medium voltage, 5,500 MWh high voltage (total 11,200 MWh); with prolonged co-generation plant shutdowns: 3,700 MWh low voltage, 2,000 MWh medium voltage, 13,000 MWh high voltage (total 18,700 MWh).
