Delivery of Electric Buses and Charging Infrastructure

Delivery of 20 new, unused, single-section low-floor electric buses of the same type, length, construction, and manufacturer, manufactured no earlier than 6 months before the delivery date, including all documents required for registration and suitable for urban transport. Additionally, 10 two-station plug-in chargers with telemetry system are to be supplied, including installation, commissioning, and acceptance by the Technical Inspection Authority. Workshop equipment worth 300,000.00 PLN net is also to be delivered, including specialized tools, licenses, and software for 10 years for the maintenance and diagnostics of the buses. The contract further includes training for the contracting authority's employees, provision of operating and repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, specifications of main assemblies and systems, and software with licenses for the buses. For the chargers, technical-operational documentation (DTR)/operating instructions, all documents required for acceptance, CE Declarations of Conformity, and warranty documents (1 paper and 1 electronic copy per charger) are to be provided. Partial bids are not permitted. The delivery is guaranteed as a basic order.
