Supply of Electrical Insulation Tapes and Special Tapes for Cable Terminations and Joints

Supply of electrical insulation tapes and special tapes for cable terminations and joints of medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) cables with chemically cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or paper-impregnated insulation: The tapes must be applicable to all cables used in the electrical distribution network. Joint sleeves made with electrical insulation tapes must be suitable for installation in trenches with high groundwater levels containing chemically active compounds. Cable terminations and joints made with tape technology must withstand mechanical, electrical, and thermal stresses, both during normal operation and in cases of overload and short circuits, according to the specified parameters of the electricity distribution network. The supply includes: 20,000 units of self-vulcanizing high-voltage electrical insulation tape for primary insulation of current conductors for restoring the outer protective layer of the cable; 10,000 units of self-vulcanizing, oil-resistant high-voltage electrical insulation tape for primary insulation of current conductors of cables with paper-impregnated insulation; 8,000 units of self-vulcanizing electrical insulation pad for sealing and insulating; 1,000 units of self-vulcanizing high-voltage electrical insulation silicone-rubber tape for cable terminations and joints of cables with XLPE or paper-impregnated insulation; 1,000 units of high-voltage tape with special use for controlling and distributing the electric field during the construction of cable terminations and joints (stress control); 9,000 units of tinned copper connecting tape for restoring the metallic electrical screen of MV cables with copper or aluminum screen; 9,000 units of high-voltage semiconducting tape with special use for restoring the semiconducting layer on current conductors and connectors, and on the phase insulation; 8,000 units of small electrical insulation tape for primary insulation in LV cables and for restoring the outer protective layer of cable terminations and joints; 18,000 units of large electrical insulation tape for primary insulation in LV cables and for restoring the outer protective layer of cable terminations and joints.
