Vegetation Clearing for Medium and Low Voltage Overhead Power Lines in the Supply Area of Electrodistribution Networks West EAD

Establishment of a qualification system for vegetation clearing along medium and low voltage overhead power lines in the supply area of Electrodistribution Networks West EAD: The system serves for the pre-selection of economic operators for future public procurement procedures. The qualification system has a duration of 60 months. The territorial scope covers the licensing territory of the contracting authority. Potential future lots may include regions such as Pleven, Blagoevgrad, Pernik-Kyustendil, Sofia region, Sofia, Lovech-Vratsa, and Montana-Vidin. The main types of work include: felling of individual trees (pcs.); felling of shrubs, shoots, self-grown undergrowth, weed trees, and trees with a trunk diameter up to 8 cm (dka); crown shaping of individual trees (pcs.); cleaning of lattice pole foundations, including felling of woody and shrub vegetation on and around the pole base, cleaning of the pole base from inert materials until the concrete pyramid is exposed, removal of cut vegetation to the servitude boundaries (pcs.); clearing of clearings with a bulldozer (dka); clearing of clearings with a mulcher (dka); shredding with a shredder, loading, transport, and unloading of waste wood mass (m³ shredded mass), with transport to the nearest legally or municipally designated disposal sites; handover and removal of cut wood mass to a location agreed with the contracting authority for assigned harvesting (m³/km). Specific quantities and activities will be defined in individual public tenders, where the contracting authority may also specify minimum and/or maximum unit prices.
