Construction of a Road Interchange at DK81/DW944 Intersection in Skoczów Construction of a road interchange at the existing intersection of National Road DK81 with Voivodeship Road DW944 (ul. Bielska) in Skoczów, including the removal of conflicts with non-road technical infrastructure. The scope of services includes roadworks: expansion of National Road DK81 (class GP2x2) from km 61+118 to km 62+424, expansion of Voivodeship Road DW944 (class G1x2) from km 9+270.98 to km 9+472.98, construction of a diamond-type road interchange at the intersection of DK81 with DW944 with grade-separated passage along DK81, construction of entrance and exit ramps, expansion of municipal road DG 430106S (ul. Potok, class D), expansion of municipal road DG 430056S (ul. Fabryczna, class D), reconstruction of municipal road DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska, class L), construction of new municipal road sections, construction and reconstruction of sidewalks and pedestrian-bicycle paths, construction of a medium-sized roundabout at the junction of DW944 with the DK81 ramps, construction of a standard intersection of district road DP 2616S (ul. Stalmacha, class Z) with new municipal road no. 2 (section A, class L), construction of a standard intersection of new municipal road no. 2 (section A, class L) with new municipal road no. 2 (section B, class D), construction of a channelized intersection for right turns of ramp Ł2 of the interchange along DK81 (class GP) with municipal road no. 430056S (ul. Fabryczna, class D), equipped with deceleration and acceleration lanes, and reconstruction (demolition and construction) and construction of property access roads. Furthermore, the contract includes the construction of technical road equipment: drainage systems (surface drainage, road rainwater drainage system), street lighting system with power supply, facilities and devices for traffic participants (turning areas, pedestrian crossings, bicycle crossings), technical road devices (protective barriers, railings), tree and shrub removal as necessary, reconstruction (demolition and construction) and construction of fences. Bridge works include: construction of engineering structures (viaducts WD.1 along DK81 at km 61+777.35 over DW944 – left and right carriageway; bridge WD.2L along the left carriageway and ramp of DK81 at km 62+140.42 over the Bładnica River; bridge WD.2P along the right carriageway of National Road No. 81 at km 62+153.74 over the Bładnica River; bridge WD.3 along ramp Ł.2 of National Road No. 81 at km 62+170.54 over the Bładnica River; underpass PP.1 under DK81 at km 61+899.20; underpass PP.2 under DW944 at km 61+840.50; culvert P.1 in a ditch under DK81 at km 61+533.96; retaining structures KO.1 to KO.6) and demolition of conflicting engineering structures (bridges ID.1.L and ID.1.P along DK81 over the Bładnica River, bridge ID.2 along DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) over the Bładnica River, underpass under DK81, existing culvert ID.4 along National Road No. 81 at km 61+528.14). Environmental protection measures include the construction of acoustic barriers and the development of green spaces within the planned road right-of-way. Technical infrastructure within the road right-of-way not related to the road includes securing and reconstruction (demolition and construction) of power grids (low and medium voltage), telecommunication networks, water supply networks, gas networks (low, medium, and high pressure), and non-road rainwater drainage networks. The contract will be executed based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and Engineering Works (Polish edition 2019, translation of the second English edition 2017 with errata 1 and 2). The estimated contract value is above 20,000,000.00 EUR. The contractor must personally perform key concrete works in bridge construction, excluding piling works, other specialized indirect foundation techniques, the production of structural prefabricates (concrete, steel, composite), finishing works, and material supplies and services. This requirement means the contractor cannot rely on the capacities of a third party for these specific key tasks to demonstrate compliance with participation conditions in the procedure. The estimated contract value is above 20,000,000.00 EUR. The contractor must personally perform key concrete works in bridge construction, excluding piling works, other specialized indirect foundation techniques, the production of structural prefabricates (concrete, steel, composite), finishing works, and material supplies and services.
