Delivery of spare parts for air conditioning modules of Inspiro metro vehicles: Parts must conform to the vehicle manufacturer's catalog numbers. Names, catalog numbers, and quantities are listed in Attachment 1 of the Technical Specification. Delivery will be in batches according to the delivery schedule in Attachment 1 of the Technical Specification. Delivered parts must be factory new and unused. A 24-month warranty is required. Bids for equivalent parts are permitted, provided they have the same parameters, functional requirements, and compatibility as the original parts, and the manufacturer has an implemented Quality Management System. Changes resulting from equivalent parts must be reversible and lead to low failure consequences. Bidders offering equivalent parts must declare this in the offer form, specify the relevant positions from Attachment 1, provide data for the equivalent parts (names, manufacturers, catalog numbers), and submit corresponding evidence.
