Delivery of Suspension Elements for Metropolis 98B Metro Cars
Delivery of brand new spring suspension elements for Metropolis 98B metro cars from 2028-2030: The delivery includes parts divided into 3 tasks, with exact names and quantities listed in Annex 1 of the Technical Specification. Delivery will be in batches according to the delivery schedule, with a maximum of two partial deliveries per batch. The parts must be brand new and unused; a 36-month warranty is provided. Offers for equivalent products are permissible if they meet the same parameters and functional requirements as the original parts, are compatible with other vehicle components, changes are reversible, and result in low failure consequences. The manufacturer of equivalent parts must have an implemented Quality Management System. Bidders are responsible for the risks of introduction and defects of the offered equivalent parts and must submit corresponding evidence (e.g., QM certificate, assessment of change significance, manufacturer's declaration of compatibility, technical documentation).
