Delivery of marked hybrid station wagon vehicles, minimum C-segment

Delivery of a maximum of 50 marked police vehicles: minimum C-segment, M1 body category, station wagon type, with hybrid drive. Vehicles must be delivered to the contracting authority's warehouse in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109, with transport costs borne by the contractor. A guarantee for each vehicle, not shorter than the manufacturer's guarantee, must be provided as per Annex 2 of the SWZ (Technical Specification), which also details requirements for warranty repairs and service. Documents in Polish, as specified in Annex 2 (point VIII.1.3), must accompany each vehicle. Equivalent solutions for standards, technical assessments, specifications, and technical reference systems are permitted according to Art. 101 sec. 4 of the Polish Public Procurement Law.
