Delivery of commercial dishwashing systems: Hood-type dishwashers (rack conveyor dishwashers) according to DIN EN 17735 made of chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with wastewater heat recovery, integrated detergent and rinse aid dosing, water softener, drain pump, filter system, sieve insert, all-round closed hood (or exhaust air heat recovery), washing capacity 60 baskets/hour (500 mm x 500 mm), wash temperature at least 60°C, rinse temperature at least 85°C, including universal basket, plate basket, and cutlery basket. Optional equipment includes an integrated function for steam emission prevention. Also included are wall connection plates made of chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 for corner installation, drain tables in 700 mm, 1200 mm, and 1700 mm width made of chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with 900 mm working height, splash guard wall connection plate (at least 350 mm high), basket guide profile, slope, height-adjustable feet, open substructure, and 150 mm ground clearance. Inlet tables in 700 mm, 1200 mm, and 1700 mm width with integrated basin (500 x 400 x 250 mm) and plug valve, as well as sink taps with pull-out spray (chrome, high-pressure, swivel spout at least 140°) are also part of the scope. The offer is supplemented by plate baskets (500 mm x 500 mm, up to 16 plates), cutlery baskets (500 mm x 500 mm, 100 mm height, 8 compartments), glass baskets (500 mm x 500 mm, up to 25 glasses), and universal baskets (500 mm x 500 mm, 150 mm height) made of polypropylene, and a starter set of cleaning chemicals (1x 12 kg universal detergent, 1x 10 liters universal rinse aid).
