Delivery of main and side dishes: for residents of Gentofte Municipality's nursing homes (including day care centers) and the Center for Rehabilitation and Prevention (CRF). Meals must be appealing, appetizing, tasty, and of high nutritional and food hygiene quality. They must ensure the necessary energy and nutrient intake and comply with current standards and recommendations. The aim is to minimize malnutrition; the supplier must support the dining environment, including food presentation. Meals must be culinarily and nutritionally tailored to the individual needs and wishes of the residents to prevent malnutrition. Normal food for healthy elderly people and energy- and protein-rich food must not be delivered frozen; however, individual components such as vegetables may be frozen.
