Supply of aerial rescue vehicles for fire departments: Procurement of 42-meter and 20-meter aerial rescue vehicles for fire departments, used for high-altitude rescue and technical assistance, especially for storm damage. The vehicles must be capable of transporting two persons (1 driver, 1 operator). New vehicles and new equipment loads are accepted. A vehicle is considered new if it has driven a maximum of 6,000 km, its first registration is no older than six months, and only new parts and components were used during its conversion into a fire vehicle. For equipment loads, the manufacturing date must not be older than 12 months if the manufacturer has specified a usability period. The detailed technical description is included in the tender documents. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of 48 months from its entry into force, until the framework budget is exhausted or a new framework agreement enters into force, but no longer than 48 months. The delivery period is a maximum of 450 calendar days from contract signing after the re-opening of competition. Training of 8 driving technique instructors in 4 theoretical and 4 practical lessons on basic operational knowledge of the roadworthy chassis and on checks and maintenance to be performed by drivers. During the warranty period, free 24-hour telephone and email support for reporting malfunctions must be provided. The contractor must perform fault detection and, if possible, repair of warranty defects at the vehicle's service location (mobile service). If on-site repair is not possible, the contractor arranges transport to the workshop and back at their own expense. After the warranty period, the contractor must ensure full repair, maintenance, and spare parts supply for the vehicle (roadworthy chassis and superstructure) for at least 10 years from the delivery date.
