Delivery of Implants for Spinal Surgery
Delivery of implants for spinal surgery: The required sets are to be delivered for each planned operation. Training for 10 medical and nursing staff members is included. The offered products must comply with applicable regulations, especially the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Dz. U. Nr. 2024 r. poz. 1620) and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017, on medical devices (MDR) or Directive 93/42/EEC utilizing the transitional period established by Regulation (EU) 2023/607 of March 15, 2023, and possess the necessary documentation. Detailed specifications are described in the individual lots.
