Delivery of Orthopedic Osteosynthesis Implants
Delivery of orthopedic osteosynthesis implants and instrumentation: Deposit of a complete set of plate implants (replenishment within 24 hours), individually packed, sterile, with graphic product identification. Screws in cassettes within sterilizable, hermetic containers. Provision of "sizing" plate sets (various lengths and types) for intraoperative size assessment, visually distinct from implants, in sterilizable, hermetic containers. Deposit of instruments and screw cassettes for simultaneous fixation of two distal radial ends, two lower leg fractures, and one thigh fracture. Loan of 3 drives (drill + oscillating saw) in sterilizable, hermetic containers for the contract duration. Ergonomic instrumentation with precise screw length gauges, dynamometric screwdrivers, screwdrivers with a system preventing unintentional separation of the tip from the screw socket, drills with length markers compatible with locking screw guides, and drills and screwdriver bits compatible with quick-release drives. Training for 20 medical and nursing staff. Products must comply with applicable regulations, particularly the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and EU MDR 2017/745 (including amending regulation 2023/607).
