Supply of industrial gases and container rental for CFA of CMAR PACA

Supply of industrial gases and rental of gas containers for the CFA sites of the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region (CMAR PACA): The framework agreement is single-awarded, partly executed via purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum value, and partly via lump-sum services. Gas container rental is a lump-sum service, gas supply is via purchase orders. Provisional purchase quantities are indicated per CFA in the financial appendix, serving as a purely indicative value and not constituting a contractual commitment.
