Supply of laboratory materials: successive delivery of laboratory products according to the current needs of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, divided into a basic scope and an optional scope for unspecified products with a defined gross amount; planned quantities are estimated; the contracting authority reserves the right to shift quantities and types, provided the total value does not exceed the gross contract value; the contracting authority may cancel up to 50% of the basic order value but commits to purchasing at least 50% of the basic order value.
