Delivery of Food Products for Kindergarten 90 'Vesa Paspaleeva'

Delivery of food products: Requirements are described in the Technical Specification (Appendix 1). The contracting authority reserves the right to determine the quantities of each food product to be delivered according to its orders, with ordered foods not exceeding the specified final value of the contract. Products must comply with Bulgarian and/or equivalent standards and be accompanied by the necessary certificates. All food products must be packaged and labeled, with labels in Bulgarian, containing information on product type, storage, manufacturer, quality, production date, and expiry date, in accordance with the Food Information Regulation. Food products must comply with the Food Law and national regulations for food safety and quality, including specific requirements for food in kindergartens, labeling, packaging, and products of animal origin. Each delivery must be accompanied by a veterinary medical certificate and an expert sheet for products of animal origin, as well as a certificate of origin and quality for all food products. Goods must not have exceeded more than 30% of their shelf life at the time of delivery. Deliveries must be carried out in compliance with all hygiene and sanitary requirements.
