Delivery of food products and bread for the Home Social Patronage in Dolni Dabnik: Milk and dairy products include 9,600 kg sour milk, 5,000 l fresh UHT milk, and an estimated 1,056 kg organic sour milk and 550 l organic UHT milk for 24 months. Furthermore, 1,180 kg imitation cheese product with vegetable fats will be supplied. Meat and meat products comprise 430 kg lamb shoulder, 1,180 kg lamb set, 6,500 kg minced meat, 2,040 kg poultry sausages, 840 kg kebapcheta, 650 kg chicken frankfurters, 1,530 kg raw pork sausage, 920 kg boiled smoked "Makedonska" sausage, 6,500 kg whole chicken, 830 kg chicken thigh whole block (incl. lower thigh, drumstick, part of back), 8,000 kg lower chicken drumsticks, 930 kg chicken steak with skin from thigh, 1,300 kg chicken livers, 6,000 kg boneless pork shoulder, and 530 kg beef for cooking, with an estimated 4,200 kg organic products for 24 months. Fish and fish products include 2,400 kg cleaned hake and 800 kg mackerel fillet. Additionally, 85,000 pcs chicken eggs, 6,900 l refined sunflower oil (estimated 760 l organic products for 24 months), and cereal and cereal-based foods such as 110 kg wheat, 2,400 kg white rice, 2,000 kg wheat flour type "White" (type 500), 150 kg wheat semolina, 75 kg phyllo pastry sheets for banitsa, 200 kg homemade noodles, 220 kg macaroni, and 940 kg wheat vermicelli with eggs (estimated 671 kg organic products for 24 months) are part of the scope. Baked goods include 10,000 kg "Dobrudzha" bread, 580 kg kozunak, 400 kg breakfast-type biscuits, and 250 kg breadcrumbs (estimated 1,236 kg organic products for 24 months). Legumes comprise 1,600 kg mature beans and 1,480 kg lentils (estimated 339 kg organic products for 24 months). Vegetables (raw, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, juices) include 1,800 kg red tomatoes (April-Oct.), 3,300 kg cabbage (April-Oct.), 2,000 kg cabbage (Nov.-March), 6,600 kg potatoes (April-Oct.), 5,100 kg potatoes (Nov.-March), 1,460 kg cucumbers (April-Oct.), 5,400 kg onions (April-Oct.), 4,000 kg onions (Nov.-March), 2,300 kg carrots (April-Oct.), 1,500 kg carrots (Nov.-March), 520 kg fresh button mushrooms (April-Oct.), 450 kg fresh button mushrooms (Nov.-March), 1,100 kg pumpkin, 940 kg zucchini (April-Oct.), 75 kg old garlic - heads (April-Oct.), 55 kg old garlic - heads (Nov.-March), 2,320 kg green peppers (sweet peppers) (April-Oct.), as well as canned and frozen vegetables like 2,800 kg peas, 620 kg gyuvech, 500 kg gyuvech, 11,200 kg unpeeled canned tomatoes, 1,300 kg and 700 kg tomato puree with over 22% dry matter, 2,200 kg green beans, 2,860 kg canned green beans, 1,700 kg vegetable mix, 240 kg pickled cucumbers, 700 kg spinach, 2,040 kg paprikash, 1,500 kg roasted red pepper (peeled), 1,150 kg and 430 kg lyutenitsa, 190 kg dessert starch based on potatoes, with an estimated 7,596 kg organic products for 24 months. Fruits include 650 kg mandarins (Nov.-March) and 120 kg jam (estimated 85 kg organic products for 24 months). Sugar, sugar and chocolate products, honey, and table sweeteners comprise 1,200 kg refined white sugar and 120 kg powdered white sugar (estimated 145 kg organic products for 24 months). Salts, spices, and seasoning products include 1,560 kg iodized cooking salt, 320 l wine vinegar, 10 kg vanilla powder, 5 kg bay leaf, 15 kg lovage, 10 kg dried mint, 2.0 kg cinnamon, 6.0 kg cumin, 32 kg dried dill, 25 kg citric acid, 72 kg dried parsley, 37 kg dried celery, 180 kg red pepper, 61 kg ground black pepper, 8 kg black peppercorns, 5 kg garlic powder, and 60 kg dried savory. Wine includes 30 l white cooking wine and 90 l red cooking wine. Canned goods comprise 425 kg beef in its own juice, 425 kg Rusensko Vareno, and 425 kg meatballs in white sauce. The estimated quantities of organic food products for 2027 (5% of total deliveries) and 2028 (6% of total deliveries) are based on Regulation No. H-1 of July 23, 2024, on ecological requirements for certain products subject to public procurement; the actual quantity will be calculated during contract execution based on actual delivered products and the percentage set in the Regulation for the respective year.
