Supply of Literature for the Period 2027-2028 with Extension Option

Supply of domestic and foreign literature for libraries and other municipal/city offices: Framework agreement with a term from 1 January 2027 (target) to 31 December 2028, with an option for a two-year extension under the original terms. A maximum of 5 suppliers will be selected. The estimated annual value is approximately 2,000,000 euros, with no commitment to a specific procurement volume or value. Ordering is done via an electronic procurement portal, email, or the supplier's online store. Textbooks for pre-primary education and educational institutions are excluded. The literature includes a wide selection of publications from public organizations, educational institutions, companies, and associations, as well as small publishers. For Swedish and English literature, comprehensive coverage in terms of title count and content is required. The annual number of new titles offered must be specified and meet the tender criteria.
