On-call, Maintenance, and Repair Services for Refrigeration Equipment of Ice Rinks, Outdoor Ice Fields, and Tracks

On-call, maintenance, and repair services for refrigeration equipment of ice rinks, outdoor ice fields, and tracks: Contract period from 1.10.2026 to 30.9.2028, with two (2) one (1) year extension options until 30.9.2030. Framework agreement with one (1) primary supplier and one (1) backup supplier. The backup supplier will be used if the primary supplier's performance is non-compliant or unable to provide service due to capacity or resource shortage. Locations include the refrigeration equipment of Artukainen training ice rink (completion autumn 2026), Kupittaa skating track, Kupittaa multi-purpose field, Parkki field (operation continues until 2027), Rummunlyöjänpuisto artificial ice rink (preliminary completion autumn 2027 / early 2028), and Varissuo ice rink. Locations may change during the contract period. All locations except Kupittaa Skating Track, Artukainen Training Ice Rink, and the potential future Rummunlyöjänpuisto artificial ice rink are ammonia plants equipped with detectors; strong experience in the operation, maintenance, and safety of ammonia systems is required.
