Delivery of disposable medical and cardiosurgical equipment: The offered medical devices must have the required approvals, certificates, and registrations in accordance with legal provisions and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. If no notification is required, all necessary steps for market introduction and use in Poland must be carried out at the bidder's own expense. Goods delivered may not originate from the People's Republic of China for more than 50% of the total contract value, if the order is subject to the IZM measure according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Art. 8 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031. Subcontracting to entities from the People's Republic of China is permitted for no more than 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%) and partial delivery time (20%), further items as per the tender documents.
