Delivery of various medical products, including implants for hearing loss treatment, arthroscopic implants, and neurosurgical products for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. Detailed requirements and estimated quantities are available in the assortment and price form (Annex 1 of the tender documents). The bidder must submit a list of medical equipment/instrumentarium loaned for the contract duration with the first delivery; alternatively, if applicable, a list of equipment/instrumentarium loaned for the procedure must be provided with each delivery, as per Annex 1A of the tender documents. Products must comply with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Dz.U.2022.974). Equivalent solutions are permitted where norms, approvals, technical specifications, trademarks, parameters, or origins are referenced.
