Delivery of reagents for ABL 90FLEX PLUS analyzers: Detailed quantities and scope of services are specified in the attachments to the Specification of Tender Conditions (SWZ), particularly the assortment and price form (Attachment 1) and the draft contract (Attachment 3). The maximum delivery time for partial orders is up to 5 working days. Offered products must be complete, of high quality and functionality, free from material, constructional, and legal defects, approved for trade and use, and, if applicable, comply with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. Equivalent solutions are permissible.
