Supply of medical and technical gases: including rental and filling of cylinders and tanks at locations in Kraków and Maków Podhalański as per Appendix 1A of the specification. The validity/warranty period for medical gases must be at least 12 months from the delivery date, excluding liquid medical oxygen. Medical products and devices must be approved according to Polish pharmaceutical and medical device law; technical gases must have approvals or certificates for trade and use. The specified gas quantities are estimates, based on consumption over the last 24 months, and are used for offer price calculation. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the purchase of parts of the assortment due to lack of demand. A preliminary site visit is recommended.
