Supply of Medical Devices for Parenteral Nutrition Mixers
Supply of medical devices for parenteral nutrition mixers: Delivery is to the contracting authority's premises (os. Złotej Jesieni 1, Krakow) according to Annex No. 1 of the specification. The minimum shelf life or warranty period for the products is 12 months from the delivery date. The contractor will conduct personnel training at the contracting authority's premises in Krakow upon request, no later than 30 days after contract conclusion, along with the first delivery to the hospital pharmacy. Deliveries will be made successively over a period of 12 months from contract conclusion based on written orders from the hospital pharmacy. The regular delivery period is a maximum of 3 working days after a written order (email, fax). Express delivery is possible within a maximum of 24 working hours after a written order (email, fax).
