The service includes the delivery of hardware and software, as well as their implementation, installation, and configuration. Excluded are ICT products, services, or processes identified in the recommendation under Art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system as having a negative impact on the state's fundamental security interest, or ICT products whose type has been classified as high-risk under Art. 67b sec. 15 of the same Act.
