Delivery of new notebooks and monitors: 222 units of 16-inch notebooks, 1 unit of 16-inch notebook type 2, 157 units of 23.8-inch monitors, and 253 units of vertical mice. The scope of delivery can optionally be extended by a maximum of 40 units of 16-inch notebooks, 2 units of 16-inch notebooks type 2, and 40 units of 23.8-inch monitors. The devices must be brand new and originate from official distribution channels; collective packaging is permitted to reduce waste. Delivery of the basic quantity is within 60 days of contract signing. The option can be exercised in whole or in part within 6 months of contract signing, with delivery of optional items within 60 days of notification. Further details are as per the tender documents.
