Production and Broadcast of an Advertising Spot for the 'Ecomarinas' Project

Production of an advertising spot for the 'Ecomarinas' project: two versions (30 seconds for social media/websites, 15 seconds for TV/cinemas) and its broadcast on national and regional television channels, cinemas in the Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeships, and online social media and video platforms. Detailed scope in Annex 2 and contract template in Annex 3. Equivalent solutions for trademarks and technical specifications are permitted, proof of equivalence is required. Subcontracting is allowed; no partial offers, no framework agreement, no advance payments. Settlement is in PLN. Employment of personnel for coordination tasks based on an employment contract is required. A 5-second creative video sample must be submitted as part of the offer.
