Delivery of non-powered transfer trolleys: The delivery is to the warehouse at ul. Logistyczna 12, 05-250 Ciemne k. Radzymina. A detailed description of the contract subject, quantities, technical conditions, and net unit prices are provided in Annex 1a to the SWZ / Annex 1 to the Agreement. The client reserves the right to cancel up to 10% of the contract value as specified in § 5 para. 1 of the agreement. Such a cancellation does not give rise to any claims by the contractor for non-performance and does not constitute a contract amendment requiring contractor consent or an addendum. Detailed implementation rules are set out in the contract template (Annex 3 to the SWZ).
