Communication channels include a form on the KSE CSIRE User portal (MyIRE), a public CSIRE form for unauthenticated users, chat (including chatbot with LLM/AI support for knowledge base), voicebot (with LLM/AI support for knowledge base), dedicated telephone lines (inbound/outbound), and optionally email to a dedicated address, supported by IVR interactions. Back office services within the Availability Module include support for processing authorizations for legal entities for natural persons to access PP data. Integration work to ensure cooperation between the IT environments of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor is also included. Equivalent solutions are permissible; employee employment requirements and subcontractor details are specified in Parts II and IV of the tender documents.
