Delivery of 190 OP-PC Thin Client hardware (ACL OP-PC 24 or equivalent), pre-installed with IGEL OS 12 or a successor version, including central management via IGEL Universal Management Suite, a 3-day on-site hardware exchange service, and a minimum warranty of 36 months. IGEL licenses will be provided by the client to enable factory installation of the IGEL OS. Delivery must occur no later than 10 weeks after contract award (expected October 2026). Further requirements are detailed in the service description.
