Delivery of Thin Client hardware: 2,100 devices (Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260 or equivalent) with pre-installed IGEL OS 12 or successor version, including central management via IGEL Universal Management Suite, 3-day on-site hardware replacement service, and a minimum warranty of 36 months. The IGEL licenses will be provided by the client. Delivery of the 2,100 Thin Client PCs must occur within 6 weeks after contract award (expected October 2026).
