Delivery of patient immobilization devices, compatible with Varian TrueBeam EDGE 6D couch, Varian Clinac IX patient table, Siemens Somatom Definiton AS CT scanner, and Accuray Tomotherapy HDA helical tomotherapy system: 3 basic fiber carbon base plates for 'push-pin' masks with rectangular insert for headrests; 3 complete sets of foam headrests with various curvatures for supine and prone positions; 3 sets of blocks and wedges for height and inclination adjustment of headrests; 3 positioning wedges for breast irradiation made of foam with armrests and tilt adjustment, including lifting wedges of 5° and 10° (combinable for 15° lift) and a system for arm positioning above the head; 3 immobilization systems for thoracic irradiation ('wing board') with arm positioning above the head; 3 knee and foot positioning systems made of foam, comprising a knee fixation wedge and foot fixation; bolus of gelled gel: 5 units 30x30x5 mm unpackaged, 5 units 30x30x5 mm packaged, 5 units 30x30x10 mm unpackaged, 5 units 30x30x10 mm packaged; 1 thermostatic bath for thermoplastic masks (min. internal dimensions 660 mm x 550 mm); thermoplastic masks: 50 microperforated head immobilization masks with 3-point attachment, 250 microperforated head, neck, and shoulder immobilization masks with 5-point attachment, 50 microperforated, RX-reinforced head, neck, and shoulder immobilization masks ('open face') with 3-point attachment, 30 microperforated, RX-reinforced head, neck, and shoulder immobilization masks ('open face') with 5-point attachment, 50 thermoplastic abdomen and pelvis immobilization masks with 4-point attachment, 50 microperforated, RX-reinforced head, neck, and shoulder immobilization masks (front and back part) compatible with Encompass base plate; 4 locating bars with 10 cm left-right displacement, suitable for Varian TrueBeam EDGE accelerator, Varian Clinac IX accelerator, Siemens Somatom Definiton AS CT scanner, and Accuray Tomotherapy HDA helical tomotherapy system.
