Preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat packaged food for bedridden patients for USBALO "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD

Preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat packaged food for hospitalized patients of USBALO "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD: Provision of various diets over a period of 12 months. Deliveries will be made year-round, daily, including holidays (incl. January 1st) and weekends, according to a precisely defined schedule. The prepared food must meet requirements for quantity, quality, and caloric value for rational and dietary nutrition, in accordance with approved diets and recipe books for hospital nutrition. Preparation and delivery are based on estimated annual quantities and types of diets as per the technical specification. The specified quantities are indicative and do not oblige USBALO "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD to order and purchase them in full. Actual performance is determined by patient admissions and financial coverage. Estimated quantities are described in Table No. 1 of the technical specification, adhering to portion weights, taste qualities, technological requirements for preparing dietary foods, good appearance, and requirements for hygiene, quality, and energy value of the food, as well as the variety of dish types, according to hospital nutrition norms. Deliveries will be made daily upon request.
