Delivery of personal protective equipment for military personnel and specialist soldiers in the supply area of 34. WOG, divided into 9 lots. Detailed specifications and quantities are defined in the tender documents (OPZ, attachments 1A-1I). Goods must be new, unused, and free from physical and legal defects. Delivery is to locations, including premises, specified by the contracting authority. A warranty for the delivered goods is required. The contracting authority guarantees orders for at least 50% of the gross contract value; the realization of the remaining scope depends on actual needs and allocated financial resources. Products must comply with Polish standards transposing European standards or standards of other EEA member states transposing these standards, or parameters related to these standards. Product information and markings must be in Polish and meet the requirements of the Act of November 7, 2025, on the supervision of general product safety.
