Delivery of Passenger Cars and Warranty Maintenance Services

Delivery of 3 new, unused, 5-seater passenger cars of one brand, sedan (4- or 5-door) or liftback (5-door) type, minimum mid-class, manufactured not earlier than 2026, including warranty maintenance services for a minimum of 24 months and vehicle insurance (OC, AC, NNW, ZK, Assistance) for 12 months. An Authorized Service Station (ASO) must be available in Kraków or within 10 km of the city limits. Warranty includes a minimum 24-month full manufacturer's warranty (mechanical, electrical, electronic), a 24-month paint warranty with no mileage limit, and a 120-month body perforation warranty with no mileage limit. The buyback of 3 used company passenger cars is foreseen as partial settlement. An option for the delivery of up to 3 additional new, unused passenger cars with warranty maintenance and insurance is exercisable within 6 months of contract signing, with delivery within 100 calendar days. Estimated value of the base order: 634,000.00 PLN net; option: 634,000.00 PLN net. Funding for the base order: 779,820.00 PLN gross.
