Delivery of Passenger Cars

Delivery of 7 sedan-type passenger cars: The vehicles must not originate from countries other than EU member states or parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to public procurement markets to which the EU is a party. The country of origin is determined according to Article 60 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 (Union Customs Code).
