Delivery of Plotter with Scanner, Scanner, and Multifunction Devices for Sztum District Office

Delivery of one plotter with scanner, two scanners, and five multifunction devices for the Sztum District Office. The service includes delivery, bringing in the devices, assembly, installation, full network configuration (connection to the client's LAN), driver installation, performance tests, and a minimum 1-hour operational training for employee groups. All devices must be factory new, unused, not ex-display, free from physical and legal defects, complete, and ready for use. Minimum technical requirements must be met according to the specification, equivalent solutions are permissible. Delivery will be to two addresses in Sztum: ul. Mickiewicza 39B (for 1 plotter with scanner, 1 scanner, and 3 multifunction devices) and ul. Mickiewicza 31 (for 1 scanner and 2 multifunction devices). The warranty is 36 months for the plotter and scanner (Lot 1) and 24 months for the A3 document scanner and A3 color laser multifunction device (Lot 2). Operating instructions in Polish must be supplied, further items as per the tender documents.
