Supply of reagents for NGS, QPCR, mass spectrometer, cell selection, ammonia determination, and IHC staining, including equipment rental for the National Oncology Institute in Gliwice. Services are to be provided successively over a period of 24 months from contract conclusion. For offers of equivalent products, ICT products, services, and processes must meet specific security requirements, particularly not being listed in recommendations under Art. 33 para. 4 of the National Cybersecurity System Act or in decisions regarding high-risk suppliers under Art. 67b para. 15 of the Act. First and higher-level support and monitoring services must be provided from within the EU or EEA, unless the contracting authority agrees to support from outside the EEA. For cloud solutions, data must be processed and stored exclusively within the EU or EEA, without data transfer outside the EEA, and the location of data centers must be known and identifiable. A form "List of ICT elements included in the offer" must be submitted with the offer. Additionally, upon request, a list of software components, including open-source libraries, and a plan for addressing identified vulnerabilities for the entire period of use must be provided.
