Supply of reagents, consumables, and control materials, including rental of analyzers for the Department of Microbiology: Reagents for HBV genotyping (540 tests), HCV (450 tests), and HIV (384 tests) and identification of resistance mutations in serum and plasma samples; set of magnetic beads for DNA purification during library preparation for NGS (45 packs of 5 ml each); magnetic blocks for 0.2 ml tubes with adapter (1 piece) and for 1 ml and 1.5 ml tubes (1 piece); rental of a Next-Generation Sequencer (NGS) including accessories and software (1 unit for 36 months); IVD reagent kits for DNA and RNA extraction (53,000 tests) and for amplification based on RT-PCR method (53,000 tests); IVD reagent kits for identification of HIV-1 (100 tests), HCV (200 tests), HBV (200 tests), HEV (3,000 tests), HAV (200 tests), CMV (9,000 tests), EBV (2,000 tests), BKV (14,000 tests), JCV (14,000 tests), HHV6 (200 tests), HSV 1/2 (400 tests), VZV (300 tests), Parvovirus B19 (600 tests), and HDV (3,300 tests); rental of an automatic isolator and a platform for PCR reaction preparation (1 unit for 48 months); rental of thermocyclers (3 units for 48 months).
