Delivery of software for basic competency measurement support

Delivery and implementation of software supporting basic competency measurement within the project "Development of measurement-evaluation, knowledge accounting and permeability in vocational training" (GINOP-PLUSZ-5.2.1-23-2023-00001): Provision of packaged software for the Basic Competency Measurement functional module, including preparation and execution of measurements according to technical specifications, and provision of licenses for an unlimited number of organizations (maintainers, vocational training centers, educational institutions) and at least 50,000 students per measurement, for an indefinite period without territorial restrictions, allowing software use by the necessary number of named users and unlimited transactions. This includes parameterization, customization, integration with the Study System, preparation and execution of acceptance testing with bug fixes and documentation. Furthermore, delivery of packaged software for the Basic Competency Measurement Organization functional module, including licenses for an unlimited number of organizations and users, for an indefinite period without territorial restrictions, allowing software use by unlimited users and unlimited transactions. This covers parameterization, customization, integration with the SZIR system and the Study System, and preparation and execution of acceptance testing with bug fixes and documentation. Also included are the preparation and delivery of software documentation (user manual, operation manual, presentation videos), planning and support for implementation and go-live with key user and administrator system presentations, preparation of trainer further training using digital lectures/videos for software use, and development of the corresponding digital lectures/videos. further items as per the tender documents
