Delivery of parts for the electronic system of Inspiro vehicles, divided into 7 tasks. The parts are listed in the "List of ordered parts" (Attachment 1 to the Technical Specification) and must be new and unused. Delivery will be in batches according to the delivery schedule. A 24-month warranty is required. Equivalent parts are allowed if they meet the same parameters and functional requirements as the original parts, are compatible, do not pose a high risk of change, and the manufacturer has a Quality Management System; further items as per the tender documents.
