The delivery includes parts listed in Attachment 1 of the Technical Specification, to be delivered in batches according to the delivery schedule. Parts must be factory new and unused. A 24-month warranty is required. Offers for equivalent parts are permitted, provided they meet the same parameters and functional requirements as the original parts, are compatible with vehicle components, do not cause high risks of change, and the manufacturer has a Quality Management System.
