Supply of Traction Electricity with Deviation Responsibility for Third Parties, 01.01.2027-31.12.2027

Supply of traction electricity to the contracting authority's consumption points, as per the consumption diagram and complete list in Annexes 1 and 2 of the tender documents, with guaranteed quality and supply capability for the contract period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. This includes ensuring electricity distribution, regulated distribution services from the distribution system operator, and other related services, including contributions to the National Nuclear Fund according to Government Regulation No. 21/2019 Z. z. Furthermore, the full assumption of deviation responsibility for all consumption points towards the deviation clearing agent, in accordance with Regulation No. 207/2023 Z. z., is included. This deviation responsibility is part of the bidder's fee per MWh (EUR without VAT / MWh, rounded to three decimal places). Additionally, there is an obligation to conclude a contract for the supply of surplus electricity and the assumption of deviation responsibility for electricity generated by railway traction vehicles using electrodynamic recuperative braking that was not immediately consumed, in an estimated quantity of up to 8,000 MWh for the contract period.
